Don't buy this item, pay the extra money for a better brand

I was being cheap and decided to buy this bag instead of one by Storm...the zipper broke after only 3 uses. Unfortunately the return window closed 5 days ago so I can't even exchange or get a refund. Will never purchase anything by this company again. Pay the extra money and purchase a Storm, Brunswick or other big name in the bowling world.

This bag is not worthy of even 1 star or bowling league use. In less than 30 days the zipper nroke. I responded to kaze group with no reply or answer. I recieved a two ball roller bag for christmas wirh the same result. ZIPPER Malfunction.

Nice tote with a handy storage pouch on the front. Unfortunately the velcro strap is not holding as well as it did new and will eventually wear out. It has come unstrapped from my roller bag a couple of times already. A tote with an elastic strap might have been a better choice.
