As one review mentioned it is wetter than expected but also smooth and silky.There didn't seem to be much if any difference in texture from the top to the bottom of the container,almost homogenized.The flavor is mellow with no bitter after taste as I have experienced with other brands.Can't wait to try making humus with this.Quality product.
