Bought and installed this about a month ago. I've ridden about 10 times for a total of about 750 miles with it installed. Looks great. The mounting is great, very secure, but I've had to re-set the time twice already. The first time it lost half an hour. Just a few days ago, it lost 3 hours. That wouldn't be a big problem if you didn't have to remove the clock from its cupped base by loosening a really tiny set screw to correct the time. Note that none of the product pictures as of this review show the tiny set screw. It does come with the hex wrench for the set screw.

Bought this as a first accessory on my Shadow 1100. I've put down almost 7k miles with this thing on my handlebars, been in tons of weather (no freezes yet), and still looks and works as expected. Hasn't ever vibrated loose, turned, or otherwise misbehaved.
Only wish there was some better glow-in-the-dark action or even a button for some lighting. It's pretty useless at night.
