I really like this towel bar. I don't prefer towel rings, so this was a good option for me. It looks beautiful installed. With heavy pressure, the arm can move a bit, thus the 4 stars instead of 5, however, this has never been a problem for me or my 3 small children. I would definitely buy again.

The color was a perfect match to my faucets and the arm was actually secured with screws and not just the weld like some complained about so I'm happy about that. The installation instructions were junk and not even for this towel bar. My hubby is very experienced in construction tasks so didn't have trouble figuring out how to install, however he used the anchors that came with the product and they don't work. There is very little to hold them secure in the wall. When trying to tighten they spun in the wall, wouldn't hold anything, and fell into the wall. The hole was drilled to the correct size, but there are only two small plastic prongs to hold the anchor secure, otherwise it's a smooth surface. We recommend using different wall anchors (easily purchased at any hardware store), don't plan on these working. The bar is really far out from the wall. I think it should be half the distance to the back piece. While it's not long enough for a thick body towel, they left enough room to put one on there from the wall. Not exactly what I was hoping for. A tad disappointed. Also has some scratches on the back piece and has oily marks on the front that don't come off.
