I was surprised. This actually fits as expected and the Velcro is surprisingly strong. I even tried to push my gut out to break its hold and it took a lot of effort and several tries. I wouldn't recommend it for sporting events but for casual walking around and even some basic vigorous movement like bending over to grab stuff, I think it works great.
