Perfect tools needed to work on small electronics!

We have now fixed one iphone and 2 laptops using these tools. We have saved so much money between these tools and youtube. We are no strangers to fixing items, but we replaced an Iphone battery for $12 and is working like new and also replaced a hard drive in one laptop and one power cable buried in my Dell laptop, I mean tear all apart for one $8 power cable. Well I am writing this review using said laptop and it running like a champ! These tools worked perfect! My husband estimates we have saved over $1500 on just 3 projects so far. I will also disclose my husband works in IT so he is no stranger to electronics and he is a HAM radio operator. I would say we are no strangers to fixing electronics, but these tools will help you get into all these small devises. Proceed with caution and take your time and label, label, label everything you take apart. These tools seem to be made very well and work perfect.

... Though something about the case seems kind of feminine, or Playshool. Good build quality, nice locking latch and padded interior - but maybe stick with black so as to not challenge my masculinity?
I don't know why no one has figured this out yet, but there's gotta be a better way to get the bits out of the case. I keep stabbing my screwdriver handles at the bits, hoping that finally, someone has figured out how to make the bits double sided with enough slack to fit into the driver both ways, thereby making it easier to pull said bit... but no. Instead, I'd settle for a little plastic bit puller, like the one that comes in your car's fuse box. Never had to pull one of those little nubbers with my bare hands!
Or better yet, squeeze in a pair of pliers as I have. They come in handy when you're trying to utilize everything else in the box!

The kit is very nice. Has short handle but comes with nice extension. Everything is magnetized. I realize why others reviewers are complaining about the box. It is really funny. They do not realize that the small screw bits tray is leaning while the lid is closed and when you open it the tray moves forward and make the bits stand up. While they are pointing upwards the lid will not close. Just push the bits to the back and they will lean back and then you close the lid. Ok, not the best design but once you figure this out it is sweet.

Initially the order arrived with a defective case and it just decayed while it was sitting on the desk. When they learned about this, they immediately sent me a replacement case and notified me about it. It is a useful set . I would recommend to not to apply too much pressure. It isn't made for such use. It is very good for the price...

I read all the reviews about how the case doesn't work right, but I really wanted it and so ordered it anyway. Should have listened to everybody. First time I opened it, the little plastic thingy popped loose, and some heads popped out. You can clearly see how the thingy is supposed to work, but after repeatedly resetting the plastic thingy for about 45 minutes, it became clear it was never going to work right. Had to empty out all the heads into a baggy just to be able to close the case to return it. No idea how well the screwdrivers would have functioned. Looks like a nice selection of heads though maybe not too sturdy, but for the price I would have loved to be able to keep it. Oh well, thank goodness for Amazon's easy returns. Check it out as soon as you get it, just in "case."
