While the fan is very nice looking, the metal chimney was bent and wrinkled beyond fixing. When I attempted to contact the company to have the Chimney replaced, it was a nightmare. I still have not heard back from them, and I am stuck with this unusable product!

for the money you can't beat it. Im a professional remodeler and have installed countless vent hoods. This one is not top of the line, but it's definitely not poor quality either. At this price point, it does not disappoint. For your average homeowner this is a great deal. It looks good and works well.

Nice-looking unit works fine. This is pretty much a three-person job though on the final stage when you mount to the ceiling. One person cannot lift this unit hold it steady and secure the screws at the same time.
