Ordered 2 75 foot hoses. Opened one hose package, and used hose once. Immediate much leaking water at both ends (faucet and nozzle). So much so, that I didn't even bother opening the second hose package. I free shipped them both back yesterday for a full 100% anticipated refund, as per guarantee.

So far, I really like this hose. It works just as it says it should. When I am finished using it, I shut off the water and drain what's left in the hose into a bucket. That causes it to shrink back to its small size. I definitely recommend it! It is so much better than a huge, regular hose.
