I don't know that my son officially had pinworms, but after a dose of this he stopped complaining of a crack itch. So, win.
Whoa nausea

3 stars because my sister took this and it worked for her, however I have been horribly nauseous on the couch with cold sweats since I took it 4 hours ago. I would highly suggest taking it before bed and sleeping through the nausea. It has taken all of me to not vomit so I don't waste my dose. I'll update if I notice it's worked, though!
