My four yr. old male, healthy, responded well. However, the treatment is slow and he is still having issues. My seventeen yr. old female did not respond well. After the second application she scratched her ear to the point of bleeding. It took a week to heal from that so I could begin another product. It did not work for my family.

They personally email you an instruction guide on how to properly clean your dog's ears. I thought I had been doing it correctly this whole time but my dog enjoyed it a lot more doing it their way and his ears are already looking better. (Less red and irritated afterwards too) The instruction guide is also very entertaining and cute. It will give you a good giggle before you use the product. I will be a repeat customer for this product for sure.
