Bought this Amagabeli 8"x8" cast iron cleaner with 50% OFF after I ordered one Amagabeli 8"x6" cast iron cleaner (add both 8"x6" and 8"x8" to Cart).
Both of them work great as described. After doing cooking with my skillet, it is cool enough to handle, fill the sink up with some warm water, then take Amagabeli chainmail cleaner to scrub down every inch of the pan's surface without any scratch then my pan is fresh new again. Clean-up of this scrubber is without a hitch"”just loosen up any gunk caught in the scrubber itself under a running tap, dry it off with a paper towel, and store.

Very useful! Easy to get rid of things stuck as well as grease. At first, I thought it was too small, but when I opened it I thought it was too big. In reality, it was just right for both my 9 in frying pan and my small sauce pan. The nice thing about this chain scrubber is that it could be use for pans of different sizes.

All my married life (55 years) I've been wishing for one of these but knew it was one of those things from my past I'd never have. Suddenly, there it was on Amazon in two sizes while I was looking at an iron Dutch oven ((I purchased the larger one). I was raised on a dairy farm, and chainmail was used in the creamery for washing milk bottles back when the job was done by hand--drop it in, swish it around with the bottle half full of hot soapy water, and it worked better than any bottle brush. There was always one in the kitchen for washing anything, especially those things too small to get a hand into--mostly bottles and canning jars and the teapot. Since I have had it less than a month, I honestly have not had to try it on any of my iron cookware, but I know it works well on stainless steel pots and pans. My iron skillets and kettles are so well-seasoned I don't expect to ever have to use it to clean any of them, but I can recommend it for all of the above cleaning jobs and have no reason to doubt that it works well at restoring cast iron.
Do I love washing dishes and scrubbing kettles. Of course,not, silly! But I do love having chainmail once again to help take the drudgery out of doing it, and every time I pick it up to use--or even see it waiting there, a flood of pleasant memories comes back to me. I am left wondering what I did without one for all those years! Thank you, Amagabeli.

I LOVE this! I asked for this for Christmas after reading previous reviews about how well this worked to clean cast iron. I admit to being a bit skeptical, but hey, anything to make that chore easier since my pre-seasoned cast iron pans are clearly not seasoned enough! This comes pretty close to being THE best Christmas present EVER as it took only 10 minutes to go through a stack of cast iron pans that needed serious cleaning. If you have cast iron you dread cleaning, I can whole-heartedly say that this has taken the dread out for me. I WILL be buying another one of these just to have a back-up for a GREAT product!! Used this to fit a half sheet pan to roast a potato on and it is great! It holds up perfectly on the sheet pan. When I put it out from the pan it kept its shape, no warping, extremely practical, heavy duty and very easy to clean after using. I also plan to use it to make my maple bacon today. It works extraordinarily well and cleans up like a breeze blowing away. I'd recommend this to anyone who requires a baking rack / cooling rack!
