Fits on a duty belt!

I purchased this to wear on my duty belt at work. The tourniquet case fits fine on the belt and easily and securely holds a CAT tourniquet.
Prior to this, I was carrying the tourniquet in the straps of my vest, this product has helped prevent shirts from wearing out, and allowing easier deployment.

If anything I think its stuck on my vest and I don't know how I will get it off since the two pinch-points on the rear of the case seem like they are already pressed in

Carry a CAT TQ in this case everyday attached to an exterior tac vest. Case has never come loose, popped off, fallen off, broken, or dropped the TQ. If anything I think its stuck on my vest and I don't know how I will get it off since the two pinch-points on the rear of the case seem like they are already pressed in. Rather it be stuck on the vest than the alternative.
It works, but watch your shirt wear and tear.

It is ok, not like there are a lot of choices on the market. It needs to have a taller case back to protect uniform shirts from the velcro. I wore this for less than a week and had rubbed an area of "pilled" nylon on my new Blauer uniform shirt. The holster works but after all this time it needs updating to better protect the uniforms.

I'm going to echo what everyone else has said. The price is steep for such a simple plastic case. It also holds true that getting a tourniquet in is a bit harder that anticipated. It's definitely not falling out which I can appreciate but after a couple of practice pulls, it's a slight fight to get it out. This case does serve its purpose and it does it well. I would buy it again. I just wish the price was reasonable as there isn't any automatic locking system or release to justify the price point. Other than that, it's a life saving carrier. Works great on my safari land duty belt. Just needed to remove the two filler bars to snap it in. Good product!

First off, I couldn't for the life of me get it to snap on my uncle mike's mirage duty belt. I tried and tried to get it to snap and it wouldn't. I was almost going to send it back. Luckily, I tried to undue the belt and slide it through and it worked like a charm! So happy it ended up working because it's a really nice piece of kit to have and looks great with the rest of my basketweave.
