A good buy. Solid but with some minor weak spots.

Very well made tank and connections. Wheels appear to be well enough made to last some time and this is usually a weak point on these items. Rolls easily when full. This item is made for a shop environment and is not suitable for use on rough ground. It is not designed to tilt back and roll. That would be to dangerous with 35 gallons of heavy fuel. The pump itself works OK now but you can tell it probably will have a short life if used often. It has a very coarse action, not very many vanes, but remember its a very cheap pump and I always plan on replacing these things. the outlet spout is too large for the standard unleaded fill neck and that is really annoying. It would be nice if it came with an adapter. I wish the tank had a lifting lug in the middle of the top end cap for hoisting into the truck but the handle is really well made and strong enough to double for that. I like that it has a filter in the fill neck and that is handy when pumping questionable fuel. The level gage is no big deal to me, so I don't care if it works or not but it is working now.
It should have the proper tip on the hose or at least it should be specified on the offering

very good but it has an inconvenience the tip of the hose does not fit the car tank opening for unleaded gas cars

I'm giving this product four out of five stars.
One arrived with one broken wheel mount stud and one stripped stud, on the same wheel. But for my usage it will not be a problem since I don't really need to move them. If I needed to roll it around, it would have to be replaced.
Generally the build quality is good. The welds are perfect and the paint is flawless.
Assembly takes about 15 minutes.
The handle is definitely on the wrong side. This is a design flaw. Again, since I don't need to move them it is not a problem for me. If you need to transport your tank, you should probably better look elsewhere.
The fill filter is worthless and has to be discarded if you plan to fill the tank at more than a dribble.
The quantity indicator is worthless.
The wheels are very rugged and I expect them to perform well. The small swivel wheels lock effectively.
The pumps have a tendency to be stiff/sticky at first, but I was able to push through this and after a few hundred cranks they are smooth as silk. The flow rate is approximately 10 cranks per gallon. Cranking is nearly effortless. I'm very pleased with the dispensing performance, which is my primary requirement.
The reinforced hose is very nice.
All in all, the product is very good for the price, for my purpose. I would buy more of these.

some minor concerns, but i am glad i got it and would get it again
minor quibbles:
white teflon sealant tape, not gasoline sealant
pump outflow comes straight out top of pump
nozzle to big to fit into unleaded gas tank on cars
poor quality grounding wire
poor quality gauge
filter in filler hole doesn't allow gasoline to be pumped in from gas station pump-too much too fast
taller than the cab when placed in the bed of my pick up truck
pluses:
it has a gauge
it has wheels and is easy to move
cheap to get correct sealant, correct sized nozzle & install right angle to outflow of pump
and replace grounding wire w stout longer wire
the clear hose allows easily to see when gas is flowing.

So far so good. Arrived quickly and exactly as pictured and advertised. Took some assembly as I expected and it works better than I expected. The bi-directional pump is really nice. It sucked 35 gallons of diesel out of my pickup bed tank quicker than I expected and I could immediately pump some back into my tractor. Nice long hose reduces moving around and the clear hose makes it possible to see exactly what is happening. I zip-tied the hose to the handle to eliminate the potential for kinking, and just wrap it around and over the tank to store it. The fuel gauge (which indicates actual gallons) appears quite accurate. Wish I had bought something like this 35 years ago (if they even had them).
