Not for stainless steel sinks, works for my Elkay

Blanco is the only one making a floating shelf, I've looked everywhere. The rack shelf is thick, solid, heavy, doesn't bend and the black feet caps are securely attached. I wanted a Blanco sink, but between arriving damaged and color, we picked up the 33" Elkay luxe sink locally. This bigger rack/shelf works great but is a little higher than the 4" off the bottom. Funny enough my stainless steel sink in the laundry room would have also fit this rack, but because the SS sink bends the rack doesn't hold. Rack probably only works for nonflexing sinks. I think I might also get the smaller rack for my cast iron / porcelain sink downstairs. Love this rack!

This grid provides a spot to leave a taller item or pot to dry, while still leaving the rest of the sink available for other tasks. On an aesthetic level, the rack does "float" so the entire sink is open while a few items are drying, or cleaning tools are resting - almost out of sight. It is very sturdy, and fits snugly against the walls of the sink.
