Ive been in the hospitality industry for 12 years. Ive seen all types of bar equipment used throughout my years. My wife and I wanted to put together a home bar to entertain guests, and I found this mixing glass to be awesome. Very good quality, thick glass, and professional appearance makes it amazing to make my old-fashioned and other craft cocktails. Theorem please keep up the great. I purchased one of these earlier this week and there was a defect in the glass- a bubble of glass that chipped off on the inside and caused there to be a rough patch. I returned the item and purchased a replacement. The replacement was worse! The external seams were so prominent that my husband cut his finger on one of them!

Iced tea stir

Head of spoon 1" wide and 1 3/4" long. Overall length is 17 7/8". The spoons thin spiraled shaft has a bit of flex to it. Purchased to stir ice tea prepared in a tall carafe and it works well for this.
Works great, but check the glass carefully for flaws prior to use.

I purchased two of these glasses May of 2016. They do feel nice and heavy but only after a year of moderate home use, both of them broke in the same way. The bottom separated from the glass and it seemed as if they both possibly had a flaw in the glass to begin with and over a year's worth of use, the flaw gradually worked itself to a larger crack and caused the bottom to separate from the rest of the glass. The glasses have always been hand washed. Other than the fact that both of my glasses broke in exactly the same way, they were good for their purpose. With ice, could safely mix one cocktail at a time, but batching would be a bit difficult, especially if you wanted to have room to comfortably stir the drink w/o it spilling over the edge.

Have heard some feedback about these glasses cracking from thermal inversion. I've been making drinks in mine for about 6 months now and washing it immediately thereafter in pretty hot water without issue. Happy with the product.
