I'm very impressed but for one omission that prevents these from being used in "tactical" or "survival" threat purposes... while there are two mics, and two earphones, there's only one amplifier so the sound you hear is mono which is useless in determining where the sound is coming from.
I like everything else about these, so far, but the mono problem relegates these to shooting range only as they're useless for about anything else.

Very comfortable and fit great. 2 problems I have is the wind noise, like most other electric muffs it gets annoying with the wind. I'm going to try and glue on some foam over the microphones. And see if that helps. Use them for yote hunting in N.D. and SD so it's always windy.
The second thing is the rubber seal for the headphone jack won't stay in and just hangs down.. not a big deal but can be annoying when turning my head with a heavy jacket with hood.

Great product. I've owned multiple walker brand muffs and these so far are my favorite. They are much more comfortable than their predecessors and use a common battery in an easily accessible location. These have been helpful both on the range and when working in loud environments. They have become a permanent piece of both my range and work equipment. the sound amplification is amazing for the price.

Very good noise cancellation but be warned, all sounds are filtered and will sound delayed. Maybe this is just me but I could hear the delay in the input of sounds. Not only that but while you can hear normal sounds it is different from most any way you're used to hearing, it takes a while to get used to. Still a very good product, seems to be fairly comfortable I only wear them when I'm shooting so I'm not sure if they would hurt after wearing for more than a couple minutes at a time.

Realistic price and good working performance for a noise-reducing headphone. My hearing is already impaired, so being able to hear when not in a noisy environment was not the best (my problem). The only real problem seems to be that the headphone fit too tightly on my head and could not be prevented from causing discomfort. All in all, it is a well-made piece of gear that I would buy again.
