Bad quality control

It was missing a few balls, had doubles of 5 balls. The spring was broke on arrival and the balls came though the cage when rolling. Bad quality control

Garbage! No BINGO BALLS in the box. Are you kidding me. Bought this for a school fundraiser and now we are scrambling to fix this horrible error. Talk about a lack of quality control. I will be returning this as soon as possible

The product arrived short one number ball. When turning the drum, it doesn't drop just one single ball, many balls fall down out of the cage, especially when it's full and you're first starting a game.
The stand is great, very sturdy and the return balls to the cage feature works fairly well. You may have to tip the frame to get all balls back in the cage. But even with the shortcomings, it works well enough - it's Bingo, not complicated.
