For what I do this bag works perfect. I'm a general contractor and it works well on the job site and is able to keep my iPad safe in it's inner zippered compartment. Also, I'm able to store a few files on the sides and some other essentials. I am so glad I bought it last year for what appears to be about $150 less or so for what it's going for now. I believe I purchased it for $350 last year and I am now just writing the review looking at the current price and just the fact that it's a great bag and it has functioned perfectly in rough conditions. I suspect that it might be even more expensive next year. If you look at used Filson gear, you'll realize that it commands a very high price; sometimes even more than what you purchased the item for. Honestly it's a win win situation in my opinion!
