serves the purpose, but wouldn't buy again

This is not a factory sealed item. What I received were 20 felt pads in a ziploc bag. They are a dingy white, and look as if they have been stored a very long time. The adhesive on the back is very difficult to remove, also as if it is very old. I tore up two trying to get paper off back. They do stick well to the foot if you can get the backing off, and as the foam faces away from skin I suppose it isn't harmfully unsanitary. I won't buy again, however, and I don't recommend that anyone else does.

I have a callus on the bottom of each foot and recently each one became very painful. I saw these U-shaped pads on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I received them quickly and tried them on the bottoms of my feet. All I can say is "WOW!" The pads allowed me to walk around without pressing down on my calluses. After a few days of wearing the pads I was able to remove them and walk without any discomfort. I realize that my calluses will flare up again but this time I will immediately apply my U-shaped pad for instant relief!
