I recommend anyone seeing this to take 10 minutes to learn how to use it. The reverse switch is not for removing snakes. It is rare for a snake to get stuck. The motor direction is correctly marked on my system. My mounting screws are loose so make sure they are tight. The air switch works fine for me.
Let me tell you, if you've ever rented an industrial snake and tried to drag it up the stairs, it's a treat by comparison

We love this one!!
We had our old one that is so awful. It didn't help fix our problem. My husband worked on this like 3 hours trying to fix it and it didn't work . Ot was 3 days of wasting time. With this one, it took an hour to fix the problem!! We were really shocked how fast it was. The problem finally was out of our house and we were how many things we found. We are able to use toilets, shower and washing machines finally!! No more issues!! My
