WTF - could they possibly inform you that the casters add almost 4" to the overall height??!! Rather than send the &^*% thing back, we are forced to use a hack saw to shorten the legs in order to accommodate the casters. As for the overall condition of the product, my experience is exactly the same as everyone else's - product arrived dented and with broken bolts. And, I don't think you can blame that on the packaging. In addition, no assembly instructions are included. It's kind of a no-brainer, but without the advice of another reviewer, we would not have known to "screw the rubber down" on the caster legs in order to keep them from falling out when you move the table around. This is a fine example of Chinese craftsmanship and a language barrier.

It arrived with a set screw broken off on the underside of the table top, and at least 16 dents on the top. There was a scratch which went all the way through the steel as well. It's a beautiful table if they'd ship it protected! Mine also didn't have the plastic table leg pieces to use it without wheels. With wheels, it's too tall for a kitchen work surface. It's 3" taller than regular counter top height. Hard to chop or work on when you're not a tall person - plus it looks odd.

I don't believe this worktable was engineered correctly. The top table is 12" wide, but the second level is only 6" wide with large casters right below. The casters run into each other on each side and the table is top heavy and wobbles when it's moved. I purchased this table to move large pots of cooked food from a gas burner to this table. The unstableness of this table is dangerous in that a large heavy pot could spill off when table is unbalanced or the casters get stuck with each other. I'm returning it.
