This really blew away my expectations. I though this would make a great mid day healthy snack but for me it functions a little better as a breakfast meal replacement. Tastes great, super easy to throw in my bag and go, solid stats... it's all around a solid buy and will continue to be a staple in my diet.

I just had dental surgery for a full of set of implants, so I needed something healthy but soft to eat. Something with more nutrition than just apple sauce. I made the mistake of ordering a box of the NOKA blueberry beet and the mango coconut BEFORE having first tasted it. It was not at all tasty to me, and I didn't like the texture. The only way to really get it down was by blending it with organic applesauce. My husband took some to work, hoping his co-worker would like it. She would not eat it at all. Everyone's taste is different and this is just the opinion of two ladies. Hope this helps.

My favorite flavor of the NOKA superfood smoothies. I recommend refrigerating them - makes them feel more like a smoothie. But I can also just keep them in my purse, since finding food while running errands can be difficult with a restrictive diet. LOVE these, highly recommend them!

Seriously one of my favorite products to bring on the go!! I recently discovered these awesome on to go smoothies at the airport while traveling with worked and I'm hooked. When traveling, it is so hard to get all your nutrients in and this accomplished that and keeps you full as well!
