I've been needing these for many years. I took another reviewer's advice and attached them to my bra first, rather than trying to snap them on afterwards. The front snap would be easy, but the back snap could be a challenge for me. A little awkward feeling at first, and the elastic strap did bother my shoulder area just a little at first, but I'd rather have do deal with that that anything else. If I moved around a lot, I found that I had to readjust the elastic bands, but otherwise, it was great, and they work!!
