We installed a Basketball court in a customers back yard. It came out great! They are really enjoying it! This kit worked great to do the lines. Follow the instructions carefully & always use the vertical spray paint can (one we already use for marking ground sites) I did the initial spray, let it dry then went over it with the system moved over 1 inch to cover all the dashed lines the cardboard inevitably makes. Some people wouldn't mind the dashes but this also gives you a more solid painted line in going over it 2x. I would highly recommend this kit. Triple check the measurements before taping it down and use the box it came in to avoid over spray. Open the box with the hole taped up on the side too, if you open the ends of the box you will have to tape them up anyway. This will make the most sturdy box to use for over spray

We installed a hoop last summer and I decided to take advantage of the large asphalt area to put the lines in. I called some striping places for quotes and was told $800 plus tax. I decided to roll the dice with this and an afternoon of my own time. The kit is well made and instructions were clear. There was some bleed and overspray but only instead where my driveway had a dip. If I had to do this again I bet I could do it in half the time. It took about 7 man hours total. Well worth the money and I'm satisfied with how it came out.
FYI, I used 4 cans of striping paint, no way two was gonna get good coverage. I sprayed two passes of each segment in the overspray box. Let dry, and then did another pass spraying each segment twice in the box again.

Ordered this for my son for my birthday. He and his friends love it. I would have given it 5 stars if the instructions would have been different to suggest cutting the slits before spray painting or if the stencil simply didn't have them. We weren't crazy about the gaps after spray painting so moved the stencil around to fill in the gaps which didn't make it as clean as possible
