The hose connected to the vacuum head broke after 4 months. It is more rigid than other hoses so the vacuum tends to get stuck a lot compared to softer hoses.

Haven't had them long yet, but seem to be made of a thicker plastic. Perfect fit with my Kreepy Krauly Great White pool cleaner.

These can't take the suction from only a 3/4 HP pump

I have had these for just over 4 months and these hoses are collapsing from the suction of my 3/4 HP pool pump! My original Hayward hoses that came with my Hayward PoolVac Ultra lasted 12 years until the sun made them crack. Junk and a waste of money
Returned because it didn't work well with my Kreepy Krauly.

Tubing is physically smaller than the original Kreepy Krauly hoses and it never got enough flow to get the cleaning action to work. To bad because the quality seems to be better than the Pentair hoses. Also, no female to female tube made it necessary to use a coupler to connect to suction. Would give five stars if the tube diameter matched the original.

Best deal on a full set of hoses that I have come across, I replaced 9 links and no have 3 spares in case any of the others start to deteriorate.
