Love them. they help me keep my toes wide open and are also improving the beginning hammers on left toes 2 and 3. I wear them for tai chi and yoga, when I am barefoot. No way I can wear them in shoes - the toe spread is just too wide for the toe box. Well, maybe in a work boot.
They go on easily and are comfortable. Hint. Don't start with the large size. Use the small size until they become too comfortable.

Very nicely packaged. The gel these are made from is very squishy and comfortable. Was hoping I could use these for running and helping with the Sesamoiditis in my right foot but they don't really fit under socks or in my shoes very well. I have found that these are best used when I'm on the couch with my feet up resting.
I only wish I found these sooner

I was skeptical when I first saw these advertised, but I am sold! I have been having an issue with a toe and despite following doctors orders, it remained painful for several months. After one day of wearing these around the house, my toe started to feel better. It's like I'm wearing a brace for my toes. I love them! I have yet to try them for what they are mean for (yoga), but the support they give and the bendable flexible material made these little things a life saver.

My chiropractor recommended toe spreaders, I have hell spur and foot pain. I did not notice at first but after using them for a bit of time I do feel that my feet hurt less. It does not take away the pain but I am very pleased. Along with other stretches this seems to be helping me. I have to say that I am not a big believer in products like this but I do like them and they do seem to help. You should give it a try.

I have had many toe spreaders in my life time. I am 70 years old. These are the most comfortable, awesome toe spreaders I have ever had. I am overjoyed with them. They are so easy to put on, they stay in place, and are comfortable to walk on. I use the small size for day time and the medium size for bed time. My feet look great now! I am buying them for my 93 year old mother who is very active. They are wonderful.
