Sun butter is very popular in my house. It just is a nice alternative to peanut butter. The individual portions are great for on the go travel. Often we will throw these in a bag and make sandwiches later. No one likes soggy sandwiches! Also the cup is great if your kids are "dippers." They will dip pretzels, crackers, apple slices and graham crackers. These are safe for school snacks and lunches as well if your school is peanut free
