Fantastic concept and really fun to play. One caveat, I think these are best for experienced suspension trainer users that know what length the straps should be for each exercise and how to progress and regress the exercises. If you are just starting out it could be confusing. Also, some of the exercises are really advanced. That having been said for an experienced user these are brilliant!
