Key features

- •BLADE ATTACHMENT PARTS: Our blades are "Universal Fit" provided you FIRST acquire "Blade Kit" parts for your Trimmer model, (we don't sell these parts). IMPORTANT>> A blade does {NOT} fit directly on the tiny 5/16" axle that the "String Spool" screws onto, ALL string trimmers require some type of blade mounting parts (normally 2 small discs, nut, and cotter pin) to run a blade (YouTube can show this). We offer TWO arbor sizes: 25.4mm (same as 1") & also 20.0mm with reducer washer.
- •CARBIDE -- is estimated to last 10x longer than plain steel but does not cost 10x more creating incredible value. The CARBIDE MIX in our teeth is proprietary and 2nd to none.

Works great for saplings and brush. Cleared lots of bamboo like butter !!!!!
This blade is awesome! It makes short work of anything (non metal) ...

My Stihl brush cutter (top of the line - $1000.00) came with a plane steel blade that cut well but dulled fairly quickly. This blade is awesome! It makes short work of anything (non metal) that it touches. I just installed the second Renegade blade after hours and hours of cutting on the first one. It probably would still be good if I hadn't touched a steel clothes line pole. Anyway, I will definitely buy one again.

The Renegade Razor-Hybrid blade is the Viagra of tree and brush cutters!
Hang with me folks!
Many of us would agree that cutting trees and/or brush with a proper tool and sharp blade or chain can actually be enjoyable. But how long does the sharpness of the blade last? Depending on the job; many times the blade is dulled fairly soon. And there, dear friends, begins the rapid decline from enjoyment of doing a job to the realization that there's lots of work ahead, and it ain't gonna be fun....
But wait! What if we could purchase a "Magic Potion" to help us keep going in an enjoyable manner for hours? Sounds like a pretty good investment to me. And it was when I bought three Renegade Razor-Hybrid blades and put them into use that I found out what "staying power" was really all about.
Holy Cow! Hours later, several hundred cut cedar trees, almost every stroke ending with the blade in mud/dirt/ frozen dirt/rocks and/or a combination thereof, and the blade was still going strong. Of course, dirt, mud, rocks, frozen rocks are really hard on a blade's sharpness. However,
the Razor Blade stayed sharp throughout the job, and in fact, is still in such great shape that I used it for another job the next day.
Cedar trees (as a general rule) are effectively killed when cut at ground level. That requires the blade to strike the ground with every stroke. Yet, this RAZOR blade lasted through the first day, and then a second day's work of cutting trees.
Now, the majority of the trees cut were from pencil sized trunks to about 2 1/2" diameter. There were also a few larger trees interspersed.
The RAZOR blade was still going strong at the end of my second day (and hundreds more cut trees) even though I had accidentally bumped into the remains of a broken steel green T post hidden under grass along a fence line. T posts aren't impressed with saw blades and will easily take the teeth off a blade. This particular encounter removed two teeth from the blade, but the blade kept working just fine.
Hmmm, could this blade really work this well?
I had another job that entailed cutting a few hundred trees scheduled and decided to keep using the same blade to see how it worked.
In short, just great! Again, most trees were from pencil sized trunks to around 2 1/2", but there were several larger trees that had trunks that looked to be at least 4-5" diameter.
I purposely left them to the very end of the job to see how a really used blade would work on a larger tree.
The same blade that had cut several hundred trees, been plowed into dirt, mud, rocks, (and a steel post) cut down the 4-5" trunked trees in two well placed strokes at ground level.
Ladies and gentlemen...That's REAL performance!
A few more words...
I still have many of the original 9 and 10" Renegade Blades. I love them and the silky smooth cut that comes with them. That said, I believe that all my new orders for my type of work will be for the Renegade Razor Blade. One financial benefit of this blade is that it appears I will be able to continue giving excellent value to my customers while not having to spend as much money on replacing the blade. That's more money in my pocket after the job is completed.
And, by the way...these blades are just beautiful when they come out of the package. I don't name my cars, tools, etc. Heck! I don't even name my dog! But! I hung one of these on the wall and have named it "Art"! True! (kinda...)
Last words...I can't say definitively that this is the best blade for this type of work. However, I have tried MANY, MANY other types of blades (chainsaw and other), and the Renegade Blades are by far the best I have used.
THIS Renegade RAZOR Blade is absolutely the pick of the litter. 10 Stars!
