Chocolate flavor needs work, hard to deal with the plastic!

Seems to control hunger well but I don't like the flavor as much as the other Glucerna Chocolate product. Also, the box says "Easy open resealable bottle". I disagree, the bottle is not easy to open as it is still difficult to peel away the plastic covering. Sometimes I need to use something to pry under it to start it. More importantly, the plastic carrier that holds the bottles together is impossible to break -- it needs to be cut, and environmentally damaging. Get rid of it, please! It's unnecessary when the order arrives in a box!
Plus it was runny but it did taste pretty good.

Milk products make me sick and unfortunately so did this. Plus it spiked my blood sugar 40 points, that was/is a huge surprise that I really don't know why since it targets Diabetic people. Plus it was runny but it did taste pretty good.
