This is a good product but would have been helpful to have a reusable cup. The telescoping wand is nice and sturdy but had to throw away the paper collection cup and still have one more test strip. I would have given a 5 star if reusable cup. The test strip was accurate. It showed my dog had an infection and the vet test came back as the same. This gave me peace of mind that I can test my dog to identify issues.

The problem was the vet wanted to retest anyway after we used this product and requested medication. We felt it was a waste of money to buy this kit. After my wife and I talked it was partly our vet that was the problem. The seller actually offered us a refund due to our experience. That was good of them to stand behind their product. We will indeed try this product again. It worked as the seller said it would.

Great kit, as far as accuracy goes not so much. I had a feeling our new adopted dog had diabetes the way he was acting; got this kit and did as institutions said, which was really easy. Sure enough kit said his glucose was off but not as bad as i thought saying was only 100 or less, took to vet a day later to verify it and he was 450+ cause he had gone untreated for so long. So not so much accurate but did say he needed to go to vet so should have taken our furry friend to vet to begin with. Might work great for you but for our instance not so much just enough to say go to vet
