Okay, so read the whole review then form your opinion, but I'm going to keep doing exactly the routine that moved me from deep level 4 kidney failure into upper level 3 in 90 days. Since about 2012 when my immune system went haywire and attacked and damaged some of me, including both kidneys, I've been in a kidney function freefall since 2012 with 2019 being the year they sent me to the Kidney Dialysis center for pre level 5 failure preparation.

I decided to follow all their guidelines. I cut out Potassium and Salt completely. My food was bland and I would eat to nourish rather than enjoy. I also started eating kidney friendly foods, including I have a full bowl of BlueBerries every night as my snack. To this I added Cinnamon and Turmeric Curcumin to my daily supplements in the AM and I take these with Resveratrol (it turns on the longevity gene) I take also CO-Q10 and Omega 3 (not sure they factor much into the kidneys) and I take 500 MG niacin. The Niacin gives an uncomfortable rush which is blood rushing through the tiny veins in your body. When I take my morning vitamins, I take them with Cinnamon toast and coffee. It is then that I take one of these Kidney Cleanse supplements. I bought some urine test strips that show creatinine and started testing daily noticing I was at the darkest level on the test stick which was high creatine levels. Knowing that I'm facing kidney failure and maybe early death, I followed this regimen daily. I changed my fluids from soda's to simply Coffee in the AM and Green/Brown tea with Lemon and Splenda in the afternoon and evening. After about 40 ounces of this I would add filtered water to my cup and try and get down some pure H20.

I've been in a kidney decline for 8 years recently reaching 22% function. 19% gets you on a transplant list. As I tested my urine and saw I stayed in the dark zone I did not let up on my routine. In about 6 weeks I was cheerfully surprised to find a few urine tests that were in the mid range on the creatine. Figuring maybe a glitch I did the test more often and caught my creatine in this mid range multiple times. One time I tested on the 2nd color box on the dip stick of 5 levels. I took it as a good sign. I went for my quarterly blood work and follow up kidney test profile and normally I wait until I see the doctor to find the news. This time I cheated and went into MYhealth, our local online database and looked up the results. My last creatine test was at 3.2, just high enough to still feel normal. But this one just now with 90 days of this routine my creatinine dropped back to 2.2 which was all the way back to my better "bad" readings in 2012. I'm going to keep doing this exactly and pray I hold this number or get even better numbers.

I want to also point out I pray to my lord often and ask him for a change. I feel healthy like a bull but feel I might be denied 30 years because of my kidneys. At Christmas, our church drew names with prayer requests and somebody got my card that said pray for kidney health. This is my first move back towards healthier kidneys.

I can not tell you if anything I've done helped, or if pray did it, or if prayer was what put me on this path of using Gods natural plants and remedy to give my body what it needs to rebuild some kidney function. All I can say was I did not expect this at all. At the same time I had a gut feeling God would protect me and that could be what all of this is about. I spend more time serving him now than I ever have in my life, including building a church in our community.

I'm telling you all my whole story and I think you should consider everything I have said here. When God answers prayer, it's not via Telegram from Heaven. It's a lot more subtle. With that said, I endorse this product along with everything else I'm doing. The Resveratrol is 100MG from Swanson. The Turmeric Curcumin and Cinnamon are each 2000 mg daily with food. The Niacin is 500 mg (the flush rush is uncomfortable but think in terms of blood flowing deep into your body). The Omega 3 and Co-Q10 are larger size. Good luck in your efforts. Tell me how you do!

UPDATE: My creatinine levels have been between 2.3 and 2.6 and I stopped taking this supplement 18 months ago. I'm restarting it even though I'm not in a critical area again with my kidneys. I've held at that 2.5 level most of the time. I have tests coming in June. I'll be a month on restarting this and if I have another DROP in my levels, this is convincing that this formula is making a difference in me. I'll follow up with my new results next month.
