I can see what people are saying about the zipper, it's a little flimsy for something that will be used every day. It's a great pack! I love it, lots of room with out being bulky, like the material.

I really wanted to like this bag, but it keeps failing me. I've used the bag for 6 months now. Seams have torn, stitching ripped, and most recently the zipper will not zip properly. The bag feels a lot cheaper/more plastic-like than I was expecting. I like the different pockets but the issues I've had make me wish I had a better bag. I wouldn't recommend.
This is a proper diaper bag!

Awesome diaper bag! Love that it isn't frilly like most diaper bags, and is very versatile when it comes to your carrying options. Has handle, back pack straps, and an over the shoulder strap. Very roomy, love the bottle type pockets on the inside. I can fit everything I need in this bag! I would suggest this to any new mom, boy or girl, this is what you need!

I've been using this for 3.5 months and it already ripped! Too bad as it's great otherwise - lightweight, comfortable straps, lots of compartments. I want my money back or a replacement!

Seller responded promptly to my review and offered me my choice of a full refund or product replacement. As such, I'm upgrading my review from 2 to 4 stars due to a very good customer service experience. I will see if there is any further damage to the bag, as I still like it despite the rip for all the reasons I stated earlier.
