I just got this and so far I'm pleased with it. It so happened I opened it during the New Years Day party and my family enjoyed it as well. I spent a lot of time researching for a back/neck/shoulder massager that wasn't outrageously priced. Lucky for me, this one was on sale at the time. This massager does it all, although I dont quite see the benefit in the air and vibration features. I do like the fact that you can adjust the width of the rollers so it's not hitting your spine. Plus, you can do spot massaging and focus on an area on your back. I'll update my post if anything changes.

This chair is AMAZING! Ordered this for my husband for Christmas, who has a bad back. I took a chance since their were no previous reviews, but the shipping was super fast! To Alaska, at that! We could not be more pleased! It feels like a massage chair at a nail salon, only better! Has a separate neck and back massager, added heat, even massages your backside. 😜 If you have a sore back, take a chance on this company, you will not be disappointed! It's my husband's favorite present this year. Now if only I can get him up outta this chair to do something. 😉
