Excellent

The first one I got did not work at all but the replacement did fine and was exchanged promptly. Twelve months and two weeks later (two weeks out of warrantee) the replacement completely fried after only using it about 10 times. Professional electrician found there was no wiring or other issues causing it to fail. Couldn't even talk to Amazon about it as it was one month out of warrantee and the company that made the motor promptly pushed me aside when they found out I bought it through Amazon, stating "Amazon has it own thing going". BH-USA told me " we never have any problems with our motors" then went on to state "there could be any one of a million different things wrong with it and what caused it to fail". After that I was rushed off the phone and told I would have to deal directly with Amazon. Amazon has no tech to answer questions to find out why the problem exists and no way to be contacted about such issues.
After purchasing what I thought was the top quality of all and from what I thought to be a reliable source, I am more than disappointed. Giving that kind of double talk to customers only proves the customer service person was not able to give legit answers and showed no concern their product did not give expected service.

The BH-USA wired boat lift motor arrived on time and was very easy to install. We had no problems installing the motor.

works perfect, wired was much easier obviously, and after you ad the parts together to do it the hard way, it comes out the same, save yourself some time. Plenty of wiring to go around, no troubles installing other than it's heavy, and I have a "touchless boat cover" under my boat dock roof, so it took some extra work, but I am very pleased.

Changed out old motor with this motor in no time. Works perfectly.
