This is my second mad pad and while this is certainly not my preferred pad to climb with you can't beat the price. For good landings and up to 10-15 feet this pad is perfect in itself. However the foam is softer than other higher quality pads so once you get into bad landings or higher climbs you can definitely feel whats underneath when you fall especially as the pad gets more use and is softer. With that said this pad is fine for 80% of the time for me alone and good enough for me to buy it again. It is a good crashpad and certainly the best for the price but if you have more money to spend there are better options. As a budget buy this is the one however.
