I am a fan of eggplant app in the can from Trader Joes but this product is superior and won't go back to TJ. !
Not One Olive or Caper

Just eggplant in tomato sauce. I've been through a can and I did not find a single olive or caper. Tastes OK and cheap enough, but nothing like the Progresso product of years ago.

This stuff is really good & a super low calorie topping for crackers or on bread. I've also added a can to pasta sauce and lasagna filling with rave reviews. Will be purchasing again!
