I have only ridden around the block to test but seem really nice. Bearings seemed slightly stiff out of the box. But totally smooth after a few spins. It might be worth greasing up the bearings just in case. These are such a good deal, you can't expect perfection. But so far A+

Despite minor impefections on the thread, added grease and installed the pedals, and they work with decent grip that doesn't scratch legs as much as the pins on many other platform pedals. The pedal faces are screwed together, not solid aluminum.

These pedals are great for the money. They have great grip and come with a few extra pegs just in case you bust a couple. I slapped these on my fat bike because I like the versatility of not riding with clip ins all of the time. They feel great under the foot and have held up well so far. I would buy another pair when I need them.
