Beware Inconsistent Hardware (and Short Bolts) and No Customer Service
Beach Bum•August 7, 2017
I ordered 2 bags of these holds, because I'm making a big 8' x 8' climbing wall on the outside of my garage for my kids. The 2 bags have different size bolts!!! The holds look sturdy and the bolts look good enough (assuming you are using less than a 1" board). I mounted one hold and it seems solid. But how can they sell me 2 of the same product with different size bolts in each one!! Of course there is no number to contact Squirrel Products or BOM Exclusives. I tried emailing Squirrel Products, but so far no reply. Amazon has offered a return. This is all a waste of my time.
Good product with misleading instructions
James B.•July 28, 2017
They work great. They are strong and strongly secure to the wall with the hardwhere. The only complaint is the instruction sheet said it included a 3/8 Allen wrench which it did not. I went and bought one and it turns out it's the wrench needed was 5/16. Otherwise good.
I don't know what the words to evaluate the product, everything is so perfect.Just worth every penny, buy it!

They shipped quickly, goods packaging is also very fine, This works so much better than I thought it would. You can't do better for the price. if you want an economical and cost items will never miss it. Great product. Works well so far. With the expectation of the same, and even good-looking than online.works like a charm, very fastï¼ I bought it from Amazon on the basis of other people's good comments. It was very good and very cheap. I was very happy that it replaced the one I had before. Before I didn't find a lot of online stores, can find what I want in the amazon, it is very nice. This product is exactly what I want, just did not expect to find here, cheap and good quality. So far this item is great Usually in the store, price of products are more expensive than online, but I found the same price and quality in the Internet is such a good product, very good in general.
I bought several from other store before, but there were always some points that disappointed me. but this time, I am very satisfied with this product.

I had an issue and they took care of it right away.Love this. This is my third purchase. Nice thank you gift!! Awesome ultra-affordable price with product, sales and evaluation are good, the key is easy to use, this is my most satisfying.
Good rocks but short bolts
Amazon Customer•May 3, 2017
The rocks seem to be good quality and the are holding up well so far. Only negative is the installation, the bolts that come with it are 2 inches long so whatever you are hanging them on needs to be extremely thin or you have to buy other bolts.Once you put the washer on and account for the thickness of the rock whatever you are hanging them on needs to be less than an inch thick or you need to have some paddle bits.
