Work Good with Pelaton Bike, but come loose after 3-4 rides
Kelly Bruns•September 12, 2018
These have been working pretty good during my rides on the Pelaton Spin bike. We ride approximately 3-4 times a week.
The problem I have is that they come loose and turn on me after about 3-4 rides. I use a battery-powered impact drill to tighten them in, but after 2-3 tightenings, the screws are starting to get stripped. We've had these for about 5 weeks now, and my guess is that we will need new screws in the next month or two.
When the screws come loose, you'll hear a metal tapping sound on each spin bike revolution. This can get annoying until you re-tighten after a ride. I've only had this happen on 3/14 rides, but still... :) Anyway, they're working for now.

I was annoyed at first because they slide side to side

I bought this cleats for my new Peloton bike. I used SPD cleats before and they are different from this ones. I was annoyed at first because they slide side to side, I thought it was something wrong with the cleats. I watched a few videos and I got some info about this cleats. These cleats are called "Float" which mean the slide side to side on purpose to relieve stress on your knees. There is nothing wrong with them as other reviews said, just the way they are built and feel which is different from the SPD cleats. They are comparable with the Peloton bike.
Peloton - fits, but will probably still squeak. Otherwise, great cycling cleat.

I can only speak to how these work on the Peloton bike. After weeks of troubleshooting why the pedals on the bike were squeaking (taking video footage, talking to technicians, etc), we determined that there was something wrong with this cleat in combination with the peloton Delta pedal. Not sure why, but they just wouldn't stop squeaking. On the flip side, I do have friends that use these cleats on their road bikes, and they have no such problem--in fact, they love these! So, bottom line, not the best choice if looking to use on the Peloton (Feb 2018 model bike). Otherwise, seems to be an excellent, easy to use cleat.
So happy and its a much more enjoyable ride now

My Peloton bike squeaked while riding out of the saddle and I had tried everything their customer service had instructed I do to try to fix it. I had come to terms that I would just have to deal with this annoyance and one day while searching for some unrelated exercise equipment these showed up in my search. I thought it wouldn't hurt to give them a try since there were a couple other reviews that said it helped and I have been so lucky that I've done 2 rides now and not one squeak. So happy and its a much more enjoyable ride now.
Works perfect for Peloton

For anyone with a Peloton dealing with the "squeaky cleat" issue, these are your answer. I tried dry lube on both the pedals and the cleats that came with the Peloton shoes and nothing worked. I bought these and swapped them in and, poof, the squeak is gone.
