Simple and it really works!! My daughter was hesitant when going all out for the volleyball when she would have to dive. Ordered the belt and the very next practice her coach said she was the most fearless player on the court. My daughter told me that was because of the belt. The belt did not slide or move, it stayed in place and the first time she dove she didn't feel the impact (pain) which gave her the confidence to go for everything! Highly recommend this product!!!
