This is very well made and will easily outlast the years of use it will be given by our grand daughter. If you want a durable, well designed and good looking swing seat, this is the one! For safety it can't be beat. The material is both strong and durable, easily cleaned and assembled with safety in mind as well as a great design to keep your child seated and protected while enjoying a fun swinging session in the backyard.
To keep it safe and strong the material is quite stiff, so you might want to use a changing blanket or towel to pad their stomach area while in use, but it's not required. They also dipped the lower portion of the chain in thick plastic to keep little fingers from getting cold or pinched while in use.
I spent a long time researching swing seats before making a purchase, and in the end we were more than happy with the build, quality and aesthetics of this model.
When it came to hanging the swing there was only one choice of hangers in our minds, JGS 1800lb capacity hangers by Jungle George Swings. These things are robust to say the least and will give us complete peace of mind for the life of the swing. Built like a tank, you could hoist a car engine on these things, REALLY STOUT!!!
An exceptionally well built swing seat at a very affordable price. If you don't want to spend hours researching which seat and hangers to buy, you absolutely can't go wrong with this combination. Highly recommended.

I tried several different toddler swings. They are all hard plastic, and one of the fisher price swings we had was recalled for safety reasons, but I was determined to find something I felt my baby would be safe in, but I wanted her to enjoy it too, the toddler swings with ropes were not working...
I have seen these swings on playgrounds, so I figured I would give it a try. There is nothing like a playground swing, right?

It is hanging from my gazebo with tree swing straps, and as soon as I put my baby in it she got excited... maybe it is because there is no 5 point safety harness, I don't know, but she loves it... she is 2, and the bigger surprise was when we put our 8 month old in it...

My 8 month old baby has never laughed so hard... I wish I had bought this swing first! It is by far the best toddler swing we have purchased, and well worth the money.

Absolutely love this swing and so does my 15 month old son. Coming out of the box you can feel the quality. The swing itself absent the chains feels heavy and well made. Installation was very easy when adding it to my current play set. The coating over the chain prevents any chance the child's fingers will be pinched. I really feel like I got a great item for the relatively low price. I highly recommend this swing for anyone in the market for one for their child.

I ordered 2 of these swings for my grandchildren and I was sure the kids were to small for them. Once they were put up and the kids were in them the swings are big but they are so safe for the kids who are both one year olds. The back is high enough so that the kids can lean backwards if they want and the front is not to high and the kids can put their arms over it if they want. The swings are really well made and worth the money. In fact the only thing we had to do was buy the part to connect the chains to the bar accross the top which the company suggested we use an S hook but my son felt that wasnt safe so instead he just tied the chains to the eye hooks and it works fine!

LOVE THIS SWING! It is the same style and quality of baby/toddler swing that you would find at a public park. The only difference is it is higher in the back. So yes if you wanted your child to face the other way you would need to take it down and turn the swing around. It attached to our lifetime play set without any trouble, no additional hardware required. My 8 month old loves to swing in this swing. She still has plenty of room to grow into in. I know other reviews stated it being big for an infant. Well it is a little bit I guess, but a infant should never be swinging unattended or pushed very high. So for me personally I see no problem. Its easy enough to stuff a rolled up towel or blanket in the swing with them to take up the open space. The coated chains are great and actually really long. I hooked the swing on our play set 3 links above the coated chain and there is still about 2 feet of extra chain left. I would defiantly recommend/buy this product again! :)
