I have extra long hair and cant find a shower cap my hair fits in. They used to make them now they all seem to be so cheap.
This one is large for sure but the whole point of wearing a shower cap is not to get your hair wet.
It is not elastic the way it looks on Amazon. It is draw string and it never closes tight enough to cover my hair. So my hair is soaking wet when I am done showering with this!
I ordered one with elastic and hope it works out! But this one was a waste of time and money!

At the time I ordered I had braid extension 24" and this cap was perfect now I find I'm still using it daily w/o braids I love it! The size and fabric both inside and outside is the most sturdy cap I've ever had.

This is the largest shower cap I have ever seen and it is absolutely beautiful, I love it. No more getting my braids wet in the shower. First off, packaging was great, the box was large enough so that the cap wasn't rolled up or squashed. The cap is so large but in the most positive way, for a smaller head like mine it actually reached over my eyes but the adjuster is PERFECT for that reason. For natural hair (it covers all edges and fly aways, keeps them nice and tight) and fits really long or big hair. I wouldn't say the inside is Satin though, it's more of like a really soft plastic felling, (still super nice) Lastly the fabric that the cap is made out of is so thick so it will last a very long time.
I actually ended up ordering two because someone liked mine so much I had to buy them one of there own!

This is definitely the best shower cap I've ever had. I have a ton of thick curly hair, so regular drugstore shower caps don't work at all for me. This cap has more than enough room to fit all my hair, and the satin lining helps preserve my styling. It's sturdily made, too; I've been using it for over two months now, and neither the elastic drawstring nor the plastic have shown signs of degradation. I foresee using this for many months to come, even as my hair gets longer.
One thing that took getting used to, however, was the weight and thickness of the shower cap; putting it on and securing the drawstring was a cumbersome task when I first starting using it. And even now that I've figured out how to put it on easily, the thickness of the bunched-up plastic can be a bit uncomfortable on my ears. Though I think this is more than a fair trade-off for the fact that this product actually works. If you've got big natural hair like me and have been frustrated with puny drugstore shower caps, you'll be very happy with this one (plus there's no silly print on it making you feel like a dork).
