Stinky, but handy
Steve D✓ Verified Purchase•October 21, 2017
Could easily be a five star, BUT, gosh this product stinks to high heaven; I mean, the smell off of the parts is just mighty offensive...like burnt rubber mixed with a year old pack of cigarettes and their ashes! We tried soaking the tires in Dawn & water, wiping down the other parts. Nothing helped, it just plain stinks.
Also, it is a lot harder to assemble than it looks. Screws/nuts are extremely tight...you'll need more than just a screwdriver and wrench. Luckily, my ratchet set was nearby and made the job a whole lot easier.
Once assembled (and holding our noses), it's a very handy cart and fairly easy to use. Somewhat poor fitting dump function makes it a little difficult to dump contents.

Worked great for our beach trip!

This cart is pretty cool. I purchased it to use on our last beach trip. I was a little concerned due to the flimsy feeling plastic that the cart is made of, but once I put it together I found it to be very stable. It was easy to put together and worked well for us. I did have to drag it across the sand some due to the weight of the items I had inside of it. Optimally you would use a wagon with larger tires for the beach, but it works well enough for us. It's also much cheaper than the carts that are sold specifically for "beach wagons". After we got back from the beach I did notice a few little rust spots on the rims. This tells me that it shouldn't be left out in the weather. I will probably spray a clear coat on all of the metal components.
Seems strong

So far, pretty good. It appears strong and durable and wasn't difficult to assemble. The directions were straightforward. I couldn't find a wrench to fit properly, plus the idea of having to constantly remove the wrench to turn was maddening. If you have a drill, it would be simpler to put together.
For now, I'm using it to hold 100 lbs of papers and books my husband had on counters in separate rooms. Junk he needs to shred or discard, but can "never find the time to". I haven't used it for my garden yet because it's been raining daily. I'm keeping it on my patio because it's rubber and in this FL heat (when its sunny) the plastic sides may melt/stretch a bit out of shape. If it seems weak when handling dirt or other items I will update my review.

Bummer purchase

I'm super disappointed in this product. I was stoked that it wasn't your typical wheelbarrow. I got it all put together and went to help my neighbors pick up garbage around their property. Half way through, I noticed that all the tires had gone flat. It's labeled as a garden dump, so I figured pulling it through the dirt is what it's meant to do. I wish I had known the tires would be so sensitive and I would have saved the hassle of putting it together and now taking it apart to send back. I'm grateful amazon has such an awesome return policy because I would have been pretty upset had I been stuck with this. The tires should be solid rubber.
Great idea---if you have muscles!.

This is a really nifty cart! But, ladies beware! Unless your hobby is body-building, you will be hard pressed to assemble this alone! The nuts have a nylon bushing at one end. To force the bolt past it, you must hold the bolt in one hand with the screwdriver while you turn the nut with the wrench. And that involves repositioning the wrench over and over. (Was wishing I had a ratcheting wrench. Do they make them?) My advice is for you to bribe a relative or good samaritan neighbor with home-cooked dinner to put this together for you. And if you are small, and elderly, and have arthritic hands, PLUS no one you can get to help, well-----good luck!
