Very organized materials and clear assembly instructions!

My review is based on my first impressions as I have not put this cart to use. The hardware is separated and labeled with the step it coincides with. There were only 7 steps. There weren't any written instructions, however I found the illustrations detailed and easy to follow. It really helps to have someone helping you as it is hard but not impossible to assemble alone. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because you really need a socket wrench rather than the regular wrenches they suggest. You could use what they suggest but "you'll be there forever," direct quote from my husband. He helped me by the way. Although assembly was fairly easy to understand, my petite hands just could not tighten the nuts using the regular wrench when I attempted to do it myself. I can chop up 30 cloves of garlic by hand but can't use a wrench. Go figure. After it was assembled I manuevered the empty cart on the lawn and it moved easily. I plan on using it to cart around and dump mulch, top soil, as well as annuals to plant. Assembly took a little over an hour. It would've taken less if I deducted time for my husband finding the right size wrench to use when he finally decided on the socket wrench, sending me to the garage to get the pliers and I got them confused with the snips, and my husband yelling at me for breathing down his neck when I was trying to assist him. Then of course I argued back so that took some time. All's well that ends well. My cart is assembled and ready for use, my hubby chilled out, and I thanked him. If my rating changes after I use it, I'll let you know. Key points: use socket wrench, get someone to help you, make sure they are not cranky.
The front end turning is VERY GOOD. Unlike wagons with a rack and pinion

You can fit up to three 40-pound bags of potting soil (total of 120 pounds) in this "600-Pound" wagon. The first 40-pound bag of potting soil will lay inside it. A second 40-pound bag of soil will lay on top of the first one with about half of the bag being above the rim. A third 40-pound bag of soil can be laid on top of the second bag with all of the third bag being above the rim. The front end turning is VERY GOOD. Unlike wagons with a rack and pinion, this wagon has a single pin similar to the pin that attaches the tractor to the trailer on an 18-wheeler. You can confidently push or pull as your first move from a stop in any direction forward or backward or sideways with a heavy load and you are not going to bend any part of the frame underneath. You can also turn the front wheels beyond 90-degrees. They can turn about 100-110 degrees to either side - so you can actually pull the wagon not just sideways but slightly backwards on your first pull. The wheels are filled with air. I wish the wheels were solid rubber or filled with foam so I never have to fill them with air ever - but I am not complaining at this price. There is no brake - again I am not complaining at this price. It's light enough to easily lift it in to a pickup bed. I really like this wagon. I definitely got my money's worth. I also have the 1200-pound model and like it just as much. Five stars.
Super dooper garden wagon!

It is a garden gorilla---agile, strong, and smartly designed. It was very easy to assemble. Easy to pull and goes pretty much anywhere that doesn't require climbing a bunch of steps. The handle makes steering easy when you are trying to push or pull the wagon into a very specific spot. I like the dumpster feature, but find that even tilting it over on its side it has a grab bar on the bottom which makes it easy to pull upright again. The dump feature is a little iffy with a very heavy load of soil. Its a great size for the home garden. I can fill it with plants to set out, to haul vegetables and fruit to the house, etc. The plastic seems extremely durable and the metal frame is equally durable. Its easy to clean. Lifted upright it doesn't take much space when storing. I was a little concerned about screws and bolts rusting in the bottom of the cart, but that doesn't seemed to have happened (and I carry a lot of wet soil, sometimes leaving it in the wagon for a day or two while busy with other activities). All in all, this was a great purchase and the cart will be in my garden for a long, long time. To top it off the price was good. Kids like it too!
Highly recommend for A+ Customer service and a great product

Ok, I really like this cart... And the company that makes it...

I bought this and when I got it the box was ripped open... Uh-oh... Well, After assembling everything I found out that 1 wheel was flat and the tube was punctured along with missing a support brace... I was pissed, This isn't a cheap cart... So I went online and registered my cart and let them know I got a damaged part via email, well, long story short within 2 days I had a new wheel and brace and a fully functional cart, I wasn't mean or insistent and was ready to wait a month for a wheel from china, but to my surprise they used fedex overnight to get me the replacement parts from a US warehouse... That's a customer service win in my book... I would absolutely recommend this cart to you... not only is the customer support an A+, but the cart is great, it has held up to everything I can throw at it from hauling bricks to dirt, to tools, and even water so I can wash the dogs... I definite winner...
Noxious but Incredibly Useful

Fairly easy to assemble and even more useful than I expected it to be. My only complaints are that it can be difficult to maneuver when pushing it backwards rather than pulling it forward, and it really gives off a noxious odor that hasn't faded even after several weeks. The fumes were enough to make me dizzy during assembly inside, but it's perfectly fine to use outdoors. I store it in the garage, which has made my garage reek but doesn't permeate the car. Regardless, I use it all the time, and my neighbors have borrowed it several times as well. I've used it to haul garden soil and compost. I've used it to haul debris after a storm. When I jumped the gun in buying flowering plants not knowing rain and overnight frost temps were in forecast for the next several days, I put all the plants in it, covered them them with a tarp, and was was able to leave them outside in my courtyard. I was able to water them right in the cart, too. Everything survived to be planted in the beds and containers. Leaving windows open, I brought it inside and used it to repot my indoor plants with minimal mess. I really wish I'd had this when I moved and needed to remove the pounds and pounds of white landscape stones the previous owner had used to cover what are now my flower beds. Deciding between this and a wheelbarrow is a little like comparing apples and oranges, but the fact that this cart has a dump release gives me the best of both worlds. I wouldn't mind having a wheelbarrow in the future, should I need to maneuver within plant beds, but honestly, this little Gorilla cart proven itself to be indispensable and rather fun to use. I swear one of my neighbors invents chores just to be able to use it!
