This lotion is definitely for very dry skin. However, there's something about the way it works that makes me sweat. And it says supposed to hold in your body's own most moisture. At least for me, it did that by raising my body temperature to the point where I HAD to sweat. And it's just very strange.

I have been diagnosed in the past with Rosacea but mine doesn't act like text book description. I am completely clear in the summer or in tropical climates. As soon as fall descends, I break out like a teenager. This past week my face has looked like it had chemical burns on it. I was desperate & didn't want to spend $$ on another dermatologist trip just to be put back on antibiotics & metrogel. I read somewhere about Skin MD. I took a shot & ordered it. I am totally amazed. I opened it as soon as it was delivered yesterday at 4 PM. I applied it. We went to bed at 10:51 PM & my face was HEALED!!! The sores & redness are GONE!!! I applied it again at bedtime & then when I got up at 5 AM this morning. Nothing the dermatologist ever prescribed has worked this well. I am over the moon. My skin is soft & smooth. NOTHING works on my skin. I've used everything from prescriptions to high-end cosmetics & facial treatments to essential oils (good stuff not the watered down stuff). This is the only thing that has healed my face. I will be ordering more very quickly!

This is an excellent moisturizer. It doesn't feel like your typical creamy moisturizer but works wonders. It hasn't aggravated my acne at all. My face looks so much better, my teenage son has started using it an loves it as well.

I had bought a sample previously and was pleases. I bought this one because it was on a 15 minute special and was a little cheaper than the one without the pump. The lotion is excellent with or without the pump.
