I just received this yesterday. I was a little nervous about some other reviews saying they were missing nuts/bolts. Happy to say everything was in the box. Packaged very well. The box took a couple of 'hits' but nothing major. Went together very easy. Super solid and I'll be anxious to try it out on my son's farm.
The only negative is the black pad that comes with was damaged. It really is nothing more than think black plastic; not rubber like you may think from seeing in the mfg's photos. It was damaged because all the heavy parts were laid on top of it.

Easy to pull and attractive but solidity makes this a 2 to 5 year lifespan; the handle is cumbersome to store in any position.

Easy to pull and a sizeable bed dimension. However, the sides are very flimsy and the metal mesh on the bed will surely rust out in humid Florida in a few short years. I've sprayed it with a protective coat and keep it in the garage to prolong its life. The handle is cumbersome in storage as it deforms the side "cage' or has to lie on the floor of the garage.
