The crown came flat and I had to assemble it. It was easy to assemble it. I just had to snap both sides of it together. It easily attached together. It is made of plastic yet it is durable. It has a stretchy string on it to secure it staying on her head. I like it and can reuse it anytime.

Arrived two days early and is exactly as described. All my jewels were in place. Don't be a stoonad; SLOWLY bend the plastic crown into place and apply light heat if possible. I just breathed on it and carefully pushed it into the shape I wanted. If you receive this package in the winter; let the plastic get to at least room temp before trying to assemble.
It will still be a little out of shape after assembling and that should be expected. In order to help set it in place, I just used the elastic band that came with it and wrapped it around the joints, gently squeezed it into a circle and will let it sit.

Wow, this crown was more than worth the money. It does come flat but when you fit it together like it should it makes a perfect circle and is very sturdy. The elastic band holds it on pretty good but I attached some hair comes and it held perfectly. So excited to wear it for my Medieval Birthday party.
