First and foremost, pay attention to the size you're looking at, as 24 ounce glasses are pretty sizeable. It's not the kind of size you're going to want to use for a quick glass of something. It's more the size you're going to use for something you're committed to (smoothies, ice tea, etc). Past that, they're well made and exactly what I was looking for.
I've personally not had the easiest time with these and the dishwasher as they come out cloudy and in need of a scrubbing, but totally could just be my dishwasher.

Great for a starter home. I have been using mine for about a year now and I have just started to notice scratches. They are plastic, but still good quality. I am upgrading to glass now that I trust myself more, but good for balling on a budget or having kids that break things.

These are very good and a great size. 12oz can plus ice fills this perfectly. With the smooth acrylic and lack of the reinforcing ribs from plastic diner cups, they are both more pleasant to use and easier to clean. They operate and clean just like glass drinking glasses. They just weigh less but not unpleasantly so. Definitely recommend.
