NIce trailer once assembled

I had the same experience as many others making comments here. Fortunately, I can figure stuff out well enough and the end result is a very solid functional trailer. The hub was already assembled, but no mention in the directions on how to disassemble: Use a screw driver to pry it apart, watch out for all the grease and keep it clean!! When wiring I suggest you remove the long bolts in the frame so they don't get in the way as you push the wire through (with the help of gravity :-) ). I spliced the wires to get the side lights wired - not sure if that 's what the instructions called for. Also, I had to bend one of the fenders quite a bit to make it fit! - and several bolt holes had to be cleaned, Keep that hammer handy!
I have some Thule roof rack holders from a car we sold and was able to re-purpose them on this trailer.
5 stars for the trailer once assembled. 2 stars for the directions, 3 stars for how well the parts fit.

A GREAT DEAL. Truly a gem. Assembles in about 6 hours, has great welds and all hardware was good quality. If you buy another brand, plan on spending 6-8 hundred dollars more and getting the same or lesser quality for your purchase. Every piece went where it should, when it should and how it should go. I LOVE this trailer and it can be changed around easily to carry other items with a few modifications.
Nice trailer

Great trailer

The trailer was easy to put together. I didn't have to modify or redrill any holes. You do need a line threader to get the wires to the back of the trailer. It's easier to put the threader line from the back and pull it from the front. Another thing is, make sure to have a rubber mallet to knock off the wheel hub. I had a tight time frame in shipping the trailer and they made it with no problem. They are very responsive to questions. The trailer looks great now I can't wait to try it! I have a Old Town Dirigo tandem and it fits just fine.
